What this website collects

Nothing, unless you send it. The site loads no analytics, sets no cookies and makes no requests to third-party servers — the fonts and images are served from this domain. Standard access logs kept by our hosting provider may record IP addresses for security and diagnostics; Jetland does not use them to identify or track visitors.

The confidential enquiry form

If you complete the enquiry form we receive the details you enter, any documents you attach, and the referring page and campaign parameters carried in the link you arrived on. The form is delivered to Jetland by a third-party form service, which processes the message on our behalf in order to send it to us.

We use that information for one purpose: to decide whether Jetland wants to talk to you about acquiring the business, and to contact you about it. It is not shared with third parties, not sold, and not added to a marketing list.

Documents you upload

Accounts and information memoranda are commercially sensitive and are treated as such. They are held only for as long as they are needed to assess the opportunity and are deleted on request.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while a discussion is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to us holding it. Call or email . You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
